Sitterle Homes Developing Roesner Woods in Katy Area, Enclave to Feature 17

Sitterle Homes’ Houston Division is on a roll with the announcement today of Roesner Woods; the third community to be announced in less than six months. Located in the Katy area in west Houston, Roesner Woods will be a small enclave with 17 individually gated estates starting from the $550,000s.

In making the announcement, Steve Von Hofe, Houston Division President, said the site is ideal for a small scale enclave community like Roesner Woods. Home sites will vary slightly, but will be approximately 80-ft. by 175-ft. Home construction will get underway in early 2014.

“Roesner Woods is perfect for Sitterle Homes’ first estate-home community in Houston,” said Von Hofe. “As a builder with extensive experience in designing and building upscale homes in the Katy area, we will be able to assist buyers in creating the homes and grounds they’ve waited for in an area they know well.”

According to Von Hofe, residents of Roesner Woods will find plenty of activities nearby. Roesner Woods is five minutes from the Club at Falcon Point, an 18-hole private club recognized for its challenging Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge design. Katy Mills Mall, La Centerra and numerous boutique shops and shopping centers are in the Cinco Ranch area.

Located at the intersection of Roesner Road and Saddlespur Trail south of Interstate 10, residents of Roesner Woods will have quick access to Texas 99 Grand Parkway, Westheimer Parkway, Pin Oak Road and Cinco Ranch Parkway. Children will attend Cinco Ranch High School, Cinco Ranch Junior High and Rylander Elementary in the Katy Independent School District.

Sitterle Homes will introduce the Luxury Garden Home Collection at Providence at Riverstone in early October. Sitterle has been selected to build luxury garden homes at Imperial in Sugar Land in 2014. Interested buyers can sign up for updates on Roesner Woods and other Sitterle communities at
