This unique international photo festival is so huge it takes an entire month to see it all. Throughout September photos and photo-based art will be on display during dozens of exhibits. Photography can also be viewed at the online gallery.

San Antonio Symphony Revamps E.T.
If you were among the millions of kids that watched E.T. dozens of times in the 1980s get ready to experience the story of a boy and his alien friend in a whole new way. For two nights only the San Antonio Symphony will perform the score while the movie plays on the big screen.

Alamo City Comic Con
Move over Austin – it’s time for San Antonio to get in on the Comic Con action. If you’re a comic book, fantasy, horror or sci-fi fan you won’t want to miss the Alamo City Comic Con. See your favorite creators and stars, get autographs and take part in panels.

Get Inspiration at the Fall Home and Garden Show
Twice a year the San Antonio Home and Garden Show sets the stage for hundreds of vendors to showcase the latest products, tools and services for around the home. It’s a must-attend event for anyone that’s looking to buy a home in San Antonio.

Diez Y Seis De Septiembre Culture, Health and Wellness Fitness Fair
The fair that’s all about family fitness in San Antonio is back once again. There’s an entire day of health and wellness related events scheduled including soccer and golf clinics for kids, live music, giveaways and informational booths.

Jazz’SAlive is one of the largest jazz festivals in the country. National, regional and local artists will perform and take part in impromptu jam sessions.

Explore the Rainforest Adventure Maze
It’s the final chance for families to explore the Rainforest Adventure exhibits at the San Antonio Botanical Garden. In addition to the maze there are a number of hands on exhibits that introduce people of all ages to the sights, sounds and animals of a tropical rainforest.
