In 2004, Steve brought his expertise to Morrison Homes who would merge with Taylor Woodrow and become Taylor Morrison, where he served as Division President helping the company expand considerably within Houston.
In 2012, his dream became a reality by becoming the Division President and Partner of Sitterle Homes, introducing the San Antonio-based builder to the Houston area. Starting in Riverstone in Fort Bend County, Sitterle Homes has broadened its presence in the Bayou City considerably under Steve’s tenure, by offering new homes in several Master Planned Communities and has also self-developed a location as well.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Western Michigan University. A Fulshear resident, he is active in the First Methodist Church of Fulshear, the Fort Bend County Women’s Center and the Greater Houston Builders Association.
As the production manager for Sitterle Homes, Herb Williams manages the construction team, ensures that all homes adhere to the exacting Sitterle construction standards and aids in company growth and expansion.
He began his career as the senior construction manager with a local building company. The skills he acquired there served him well in his next positions as a senior builder, where he won awards for customer satisfaction and service excellence. As a field manager, his experience interfacing with the developer, community manager and homeowners association prepared him for his current position with Sitterle Homes.
A native Houstonian, Mr. Williams holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M. He is married with three daughters and enjoys reading, hunting and rooting for his favorite Houston sports teams.

Dorothy Yee is a licensed Realtor and sales consultant. She has had an opportunity to meet many people from various trades and backgrounds. Because of this, she has been able to stay close with what the latest trends are in housing as well as keeping up with current market strategies in the real estate market. She stays close to her clients and most importantly they have remained friends.
Having 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, 15 of those years were in new home sales. She is one of the industries top producers. While maintaining her business as a Realtor, she has served as the President of the Asian American Real Estate Association for the past three years. She also serves on the Board of Directors for other nonprofit organizations.
She has been married for 32 years and has two sons. She currently lives in Riverstone. She is the founder and chairperson of the Ladies of Riverstone.
