Since 1964, Sitterle Homes has earned a legendary reputation for building quality homes and standing by them. This reputation stems from our commitment to making things right. Our homebuyers’ satisfaction is our first priority, and we want to be sure you enjoy your new Sitterle Home for many years to come.
As a part of our dedication to quality craftsmanship, we back our homes with warranties from the Home of Texas and product manufacturers. The warranty program covers workmanship and materials for one year, as outlined in the Homeowner Manual; the supply and discharge lines of the plumbing, the integrity of electrical wiring in the electrical system, and the ductwork system for two years, and the structural systems for ten years. Sitterle homeowners are also protected by product warranties from the various name brand manufacturers who supply products used in our homes.
If you have any customer service issues with your new home, please fill out this downloadable form and fax it to the Customer Service Department at the main office at (210) 494-0180. Or please send an email to customerservice@sitterlehomes.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and forward it to the Project Manager at your community.
