New Home Builder in San Antonio & Austin

1960’s Frank Sitterle, a trained Geologist, developed a passion for the homebuilding industry when he was hired to manage a real estate company From that experience, he gained a unique vision for creating a company that built new homes from the homeowner's perspective He started Sitterle Homes in April of 1964 when he obtained financing to build 3 homes in the community of Red Horse Manor During the early years, Frank oversaw the design of the homes, coordinated the building and managed the sale and closing of the homes

1970’s Sitterle Homes continued to increase their traditional homebuilding operation Started developing land to ensure unique communities for their homeowners The company expanded into the garden home market in the community of Mission Trace

1980’s Expanded their traditional home building into the community of Oak Hollow Developed the home sites and built garden homes in the community of The Gardens of Oak Hollow Sitterle Homes continued to prosper and position itself for growth in the San Antonio market

1990’s Developed the upscale community of Emerald Forest for their custom homebuilding operation Began developing the master planned community of Big Springs Continued expanding the building of garden homes with additional communities

2000’s Frank Sitterle hands over the reins to partners Frank Sitterle Jr. and Jeff Buell to manage the operations of the San Antonio division Developed the distinctive community of Roseheart for their garden homes  Expanded into the McAllen/Edinburg market with the community of La Sienna Sitterle Homes develops a new luxury living environment in the upscale community of Campanas at Cibolo Canyons Started building homes in the Austin market

2010’s Sitterle Homes receives The 2010 AVID award for “#1 in Customer Experience in the United States” The spectacular Campanas clubhouse is opened to homeowners Starts building homes in The Overlook at Stonewall Estates The company continues to grow within their market areas by adding additional communities for their traditional, garden and custom homes
